Section 21 Abolition in England: What Replaces the No-Fault Route?
The phrase “Renters Reform Bill Section 21” remains a popular search term. However, it now describes a completed change rather than a future proposal. The former Renters (Reform ) Bill did not become law. The change that matters in practice came through the Renters’ Rights Act 2025.
