With almost 19% of the UK population living in Social Housing and in our opinion, some of that being poor quality, there is an opportunity for private landlords, investors and developers to provide good quality and affordable homes working alongside local authorities and housing associations throughout the country.

Supported housing is slightly different  which the definition being 'any housing scheme where housing, support and sometimes care services are provided as an integrated package' . The purpose of supported housing is to enable people to live as independently as possible within their community, with a real focus on social inclusion.
